FOCUSED

self-discovery

for leaders who face themselves.

I work with executives who view their impact in the world as a byproduct of their dedication to self-exploration. Approached in this way, lifelong belief systems become available for examination. Complex emotional patterns unwind. The result is more alignment, connection, and enjoyment that flows through a client’s life and into their business.

my approach

I’m known for my capacity to match pace with highly analytical minds to address forms of intelligence beyond the intellect. I don’t solve problems and rarely offer advice. I follow my clients’ natural curiosity, asking questions that invite deep reflection and bring their own wisdom into focus.

We don't just look on the bright side.
We'll go into the discomfort to:

• Examine interpersonal dynamics in teams and relationships
• Deconstruct hidden assumptions and beliefs
• Identify patterns of shame that affect decision-making
• Unlock emotional fluidity and capacity to embrace intense experiences without collapse or overwhelm

My practice is as much an exploration of myself as it is of you. My measure of success is that we’re enjoying our sessions and you're walking away with valuable insight and greater freedom.

WHO AM I?

WHO AM I?

I’m an entrepreneur, facilitator, and coach. I’ve spent much of my life traveling the world full-time as an extreme sports athlete while building a fully remote software company, Clearview.

Following my curiosity about my own motivations and ways of processing reality, I’ve pursued interests in machine learning, neuroscience, psychology, psychedelics, and contemplative practices. I now live in Berkeley, California where I coach, facilitate, and co-host the Art of Accomplishment podcast with teacher and coach Joe Hudson.

what’s with the
background photo?

This photo of me jumping from a cliff in a wingsuit was snapped by wildlife photographer Scott Portelli on top of Broad Peak in the Canadian Arctic.

After roughly 3,000 injury-free jumps in fifteen years, I’ve learned that the most important factors contributing to survival in the sport are a person’s capacity for honest self-reflection and how well they choose partners who share this value.

My work is dedicated to the friends I’d like to have shown up for more fully along the way.
